Elozaa Seller Center কীভাবে কাজ করে?
Elozaa.com একটি multi-vendor marketplace যেখানে আপনি Seller হিসেবে নিজের Shop তৈরি করতে পারবেন,
Products upload করতে পারবেন, Orders track করতে পারবেন, Delivery Status update করতে পারবেন
এবং Sales, Commission ও Payment settlement monitor করতে পারবেন।

STEP A
Seller Registration Complete করুন
Step 1: Email Verification
প্রথমে একটি valid Email Address submit করুন।
আপনার Email-এ একটি Verification Code পাঠানো হবে।
Codeটি enter করে verification complete করুন।
Inbox-এ না পেলে Spam / Junk folder check করুন।
Step 2: Seller Registration Form Fill Up করুন
Email verification complete হলে Seller Registration Form আসবে।
সেখানে accurate information দিন।

- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Business Address
- Seller Type
- NID / Identity Information
- Applicable Business Documents
- Payment Information
Step 3: Required Documents Upload করুন
- Trade License
- TIN Certificate
- BIN / VAT Certificate
- IRC
- Brand Authorization Letter
- Other Business Documents
সব Seller-এর জন্য একই documents mandatory নয়।
Seller Type ও Business Category অনুযায়ী requirements ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
Step 4: Verification-এর জন্য Submit করুন
সব information ও documents submit করার পর আপনার Seller Application review করা হবে।
Verification complete এবং account approve হলে Seller Panel-এ login করে
Shop Setup, Product Upload এবং Order Management শুরু করতে পারবেন।
Important:
Incorrect, incomplete বা invalid information দিলে verification delay হতে পারে
অথবা application reject হতে পারে।
STEP B
Already Registered? Seller Panel-এ Login করুন
Seller Account approve হওয়ার পর registered Email / Mobile এবং Password ব্যবহার করে
Seller Panel-এ login করুন। এখান থেকেই Shop, Products, Orders,
Delivery Status, Sales এবং Payments manage করতে পারবেন।
STEP C
আপনার Shop Setup Complete করুন
Shop Profile
- Shop Name
- Shop Logo
- Shop Banner
Business Information
- Business Information
- Contact Information
- Pickup Address
- Return Address
Payment Details
Accurate Bank Account বা Mobile Financial Service details add করুন
যাতে eligible Seller Payment সহজে settlement করা যায়।
STEP D
Products Upload করুন
Seller Panel থেকে Product Listing create করুন এবং সব information clear ও accurate রাখুন।

- Delivery Information
False information, misleading image, fake discount বা incorrect specification ব্যবহার করবেন না।
STEP E
Product Publish করুন এবং Order গ্রহণ শুরু করুন
Order Review
Confirm
Prepare
Deliver
Status Update
Order Status Flow:
Confirmed → Processing → Shipped / On Delivery → Delivered

Product সঠিকভাবে Pack ও Deliver করুন
Elozaa.com-এর current marketplace model অনুযায়ী Product Delivery-এর primary responsibility Seller-এর।

COD এবং Prepaid Order কীভাবে কাজ করে?
CASH ON DELIVERY
COD Order
Customer → Seller Payment → Seller Delivers Product →
Seller Updates Delivered Status → Seller Pays Elozaa Commission
COD Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে Customer-এর কাছ থেকে Payment Seller receive করবেন।
Successful Delivery-এর পর applicable Elozaa Commission settle করতে হবে।
PREPAID / ONLINE PAYMENT
Prepaid Order
Customer → Elozaa.com Payment → Seller Delivers Product →
Seller Updates Delivered Status → Elozaa Deducts Commission →
Seller Receives Net Payable Amount
Prepaid Order-এর payment প্রথমে Elozaa.com receive করবে।
Successful Delivery এবং applicable verification-এর পর Commission ও approved adjustments deduct করে
remaining Net Payable Amount Seller-কে settlement করা হবে।
SELLER PAYMENT
Sales Payment কীভাবে পাবেন?
Prepaid Order successfully delivered হওয়ার পর Seller-এর payable amount settlement-এর জন্য eligible হবে।

Elozaa Seller Center কীভাবে কাজ করে?

Seller Registration Complete করুন
Step 1: Email Verification
প্রথমে একটি valid Email Address submit করুন। আপনার Email-এ একটি Verification Code পাঠানো হবে। Codeটি enter করে verification complete করুন। Inbox-এ না পেলে Spam / Junk folder check করুন।
Step 2: Seller Registration Form Fill Up করুন
Email verification complete হলে Seller Registration Form আসবে। সেখানে accurate information দিন।

Step 4: Verification-এর জন্য Submit করুন
সব information ও documents submit করার পর আপনার Seller Application review করা হবে। Verification complete এবং account approve হলে Seller Panel-এ login করে Shop Setup, Product Upload এবং Order Management শুরু করতে পারবেন।
Already Registered? Seller Panel-এ Login করুন
Seller Account approve হওয়ার পর registered Email / Mobile এবং Password ব্যবহার করে Seller Panel-এ login করুন। এখান থেকেই Shop, Products, Orders, Delivery Status, Sales এবং Payments manage করতে পারবেন।

COD Order
COD Order-এর ক্ষেত্রে Customer-এর কাছ থেকে Payment Seller receive করবেন। Successful Delivery-এর পর applicable Elozaa Commission settle করতে হবে।
Prepaid Order
Prepaid Order-এর payment প্রথমে Elozaa.com receive করবে। Successful Delivery এবং applicable verification-এর পর Commission ও approved adjustments deduct করে remaining Net Payable Amount Seller-কে settlement করা হবে।
Sales Payment কীভাবে পাবেন?
Prepaid Order successfully delivered হওয়ার পর Seller-এর payable amount settlement-এর জন্য eligible হবে।
