Elozaa.com একটি online marketplace platform হিসেবে Product discovery, order processing, payment facilitation এবং marketplace-related services প্রদান করে। Seller একটি independent merchant হিসেবে তার business পরিচালনা করবেন।

2. Seller Legal Responsibility

Seller applicable Bangladesh laws, business requirements, tax obligations, regulatory approvals এবং Customer rights comply করার জন্য নিজে responsible।

3. Seller Identity & Business Documents

Seller identity এবং business legitimacy verify করার জন্য Elozaa.com প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী documents চাইতে পারে।

4. Product Legality

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, expired, unsafe অথবা unauthorized Product list বা sell করা যাবে না।

5. Restricted & Regulated Goods

যেসব Product-এর জন্য approval, license, registration, certification বা permission প্রয়োজন, Seller-কে তা obtain এবং maintain করতে হবে।

6. Product Information Accuracy

Product name, model, condition, specification, quantity, warranty, price, discount, delivery এবং limitations accurately disclose করতে হবে।

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Text, image, logo, video, specification, trademark এবং copyrighted material ব্যবহারের lawful right Seller-এর থাকতে হবে।

9. Pricing & Advertising

• No Inflated Previous Price
• No False Limited-Time Offer
• No Fake Warranty
• No Hidden Mandatory Charges

10. Product Safety & Compliance

Product normal intended use-এর জন্য reasonably safe হতে হবে। Dangerous, defective অথবা recalled Product knowingly sell করা যাবে না।

11. Seller Delivery Responsibility

• Order Confirm
• Product Prepare
• Proper Packaging
• Delivery Arrange
• Correct Status Update
• Successful delivery-এর পর Delivered mark করা

12. Seller Panel Updates

Order Status accurate হতে হবে। Actual delivery হওয়ার আগে falsely “Delivered” mark করা বা fake fulfilment evidence serious violation হিসেবে গণ্য হতে পারে।

15. Seller Commission

Commission Category, Product Type, Seller Type, Campaign, Special Agreement অথবা Marketplace Fee Structure অনুযায়ী vary করতে পারে।

16. Seller Payment & Settlement

Successful Delivery এবং applicable verification-এর পর Seller payout eligible হতে পারেন।

17. Payment Hold & Investigation

Fraud, Customer dispute, fake delivery, unpaid commission, return/refund, counterfeit allegation বা legal complaint থাকলে payout temporarily hold হতে পারে।

18. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

Seller fault-এর কারণে Return/Refund হলে applicable Refund Amount, Return Delivery Cost, Product Adjustment এবং Commission Adjustment প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

19. Warranty Obligations

Advertised Warranty applicable circumstances-এ binding commercial commitment হিসেবে বিবেচিত হতে পারে।

20. Customer Rights

Seller defective Product conceal, false description, unauthorized replacement অথবা legitimate Customer complaint obstruct করতে পারবেন না।

• Publicly disclose করা যাবে না

• Unauthorized third-party sharing নয়
• Unrelated personal contact নয়
• Legitimate fulfilment purpose-এ ব্যবহার করতে হবে

• Direct payment request prohibited
• Elozaa Order cancel করে outside transaction prohibited
• Customer contact direct sale-এর জন্য ব্যবহার prohibited
• Commission avoidance prohibited

Business income, VAT, tax, duty, customs এবং applicable regulatory obligations Seller-এর responsibility।

25. Importers & Distributors

Importer, Distributor বা Authorized Dealer relevant Product-এর lawful importation, distribution এবং authorization evidence maintain করবেন।

26. Legal Complaints & Regulatory Requests

Valid authority request পাওয়া গেলে Elozaa.com applicable law অনুযায়ী relevant information preserve বা disclose করতে পারে।

28. Seller Indemnity

Seller-এর Product, business activity, false representation, IP violation, illegal goods, tax obligation অথবা policy violation-এর কারণে third-party claim, loss, cost বা liability তৈরি হলে applicable law ও contractual terms অনুযায়ী Seller responsible হতে পারেন।

29. Limitation of Marketplace Responsibility

Elozaa.com marketplace technology, order management এবং applicable payment facilitation প্রদান করে। Seller Product-এর legality, quality, listing accuracy এবং warranty-এর primary responsibility বহন করতে পারেন, subject to applicable law।

30. Force Majeure

Natural disaster, flood, fire, epidemic, war, government restriction, internet/payment/courier disruption অথবা other uncontrollable event-এর কারণে delay হতে পারে।

31. Electronic Communications

Seller Panel, Email, SMS, Website Notice অথবা other electronic channel-এর মাধ্যমে notices দেওয়া হতে পারে।

32. Changes to Legal Notice

Operational, regulatory, legal অথবা business requirement অনুযায়ী Legal Notice update করা হতে পারে।

33. Conflict with Other Policies

Legal Notice, Seller Policy, Terms, Return Policy অথবা specific written agreement-এর conflict applicable document ও law অনুযায়ী interpret করা হবে।

34. Governing Law

Seller relationship বাংলাদেশের applicable laws-এর অধীন থাকবে। Parties প্রথমে good-faith discussion-এর মাধ্যমে dispute resolve করার চেষ্টা করতে পারেন।

35. No Legal or Tax Advice

Elozaa.com policy pages, Seller Panel বা support communication independent legal, tax অথবা accounting advice নয়।
