How Account Withdrawal Works
Withdrawal Request & Existing Orders
1. Right to Withdraw
Seller যেকোনো সময় future selling activity বন্ধ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারেন এবং Seller Account closure request করতে পারেন। Existing responsibilities withdrawal-এর আগে complete করতে হবে।
2. Withdrawal Request
Seller registered account অথবা Seller Support-এর মাধ্যমে Account Withdrawal / Closure request করতে পারবেন।

- Reason for Withdrawal
3. Pending Orders
Active, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped অথবা On Delivery Order থাকলে closure final হওয়ার আগে applicable fulfilment obligations complete করতে হবে।
Commission, Prepaid Balance & Final Payout
4. Outstanding COD Commission
Outstanding Commission এবং approved charges account closure-এর আগে settle করতে হবে। Unpaid Commission থাকলে withdrawal processing hold হতে পারে।
5. Prepaid Orders & Seller Balance
Account closure request করলেও valid Seller earnings applicable settlement process অনুযায়ী payable থাকবে।
6. Pending Payout
Eligible balance applicable verification এবং settlement-এর পর approved payment method-এ প্রদান করা হবে।

7. Return & Refund Obligations
Account closure-এর আগে sell করা Product-এর applicable return/refund obligations withdrawal-এর কারণে automatically শেষ হবে না।
8. Warranty Obligations
Valid Warranty commitment account closure-এর পরও applicable warranty period অনুযায়ী continue করতে পারে।

10. Investigation or Dispute
Active fraud, legal, compliance, counterfeit, payment অথবা Customer dispute investigation থাকলে Elozaa.com withdrawal processing temporarily suspend এবং applicable Seller Balance hold করতে পারে।
Listings, Shop Access & Data Retention
11. Product Listings
Withdrawal approved হলে Product Listings Unpublished, Disabled, Removed অথবা Archived করা হতে পারে।
12. Seller Shop & Account Access
Withdrawal complete হলে Seller Shop deactivate এবং Seller Panel access limited অথবা terminated হতে পারে।
13. Seller Data
Applicable law, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution এবং compliance requirements অনুযায়ী certain records retain করা হতে পারে।
Liability, Rejoining & Enforcement
14. Previous Responsibility Continues
Orders, Sales, Commission, Complaints, Returns, Refunds, Warranty এবং Legal Obligations withdrawal-এর মাধ্যমে automatically বাতিল হবে না।
15. No Withdrawal to Avoid Liability
Commission, Refund, Customer Complaint বা Legal Investigation avoid করার উদ্দেশ্যে account close করা যাবে না।
16. Rejoining Elozaa.com
Voluntarily closed Seller ভবিষ্যতে আবার apply করতে পারেন। New application fresh verification, current requirements এবং previous account history অনুযায়ী review হতে পারে।
17. Elozaa.com's Right to Restrict or Terminate
Seller-এর voluntary withdrawal right Elozaa.com-এর fraud, illegal activity, policy violation অথবা serious compliance issue-এর কারণে Seller Account restrict, suspend বা terminate করার অধিকারকে সীমিত করে না।
